Day-to-day Itinerary

Day 1: LABUAN BAJO ARRIVAL - RINCA ISLAND (-/ L/ D). Upon arrival at Komodo airport of Labuan Bajo West Flores, our local guide will meet you then transfer to Golo sea view restaurant for lunch. After lunch drive down to Labuan Bajo harbor, continue embarking on a motorized fisherman’s wooden boat to Rinca island. Arrive at Loh Buaya - Rinca island, follow the trail until reaching the Forestry Conservation Post for visitors’ ID registration. Trek inland to Wae Waso in search for Komodo Dragon and other wildlife such as water buffalos, monkeys, deer, megapode, wild boar and various colorful birds in their natural habitats. Usually some of the Komodo Dragons stay around under the stage of ranger’s houses both in Rinca and in Komodo islands. At a higher point Rinca offers a spectacular view over the island’s landscape and the sea. Dinner and stay overnight ON BOARD (well organized for your comfort) or at Ranger’s House.

Day 2: RINCA ISLAND - KOMODO ISLAND - LABUAN BAJO (B/ L/ D). Early morning sail to Komodo island then take a mild trekking inland to Banunggulung—a former feeding station--passing through tropical dry forest and explore the Island. In this area you will find many wildlife such as deer, wild boars and numerous birds such as lesser-sulphur -crested-cockatoo, collared king-fisher and a lot more natural livings. Since feeding activity was stopped some years ago as to let these giant lizards going back into their natural habitats, opportunity to see the Komodo Dragon is quiet a waiting and patient. But by the ranger’s house usually there are still some lazy Komodo Dragons hanging around. A local ranger will lead you through this natural preservation. On way back to boat will have a short stop at Komodo cafe as to allow you do shopping for Komodo branded T’ shirt, hat, key hanger, statue and a lot more are on display. Lunch on boat while sailing to Pantai Merah (=Pink Beach) for snorkeling or swimming in the clear crystal water--a lot of beautiful tropical coral reefs and colorful fishes to explore beneath this sea, or just having sun bathing on beautiful pink sandy beach. Sail back to Labuan Bajo and transfer to your hotel. Dinner serves at Golo sea view restaurant. Stay overnight at Golo Hilltop or Bajo Eco Lodge. 

Day 3: FULL DAY BOAT TRIP TO SABOLON & SERAYA KECIL ISLANDS (B/ L/ D). Relaxing on the Beach. Today we have a full day boat trip to Sabolon island and its your time to do snorkeling, swimming or just relaxing on white sandy beach--very quite palce. Lunch serves at Seraya Kecil island. After lunch you may do some more snorkeling, swimming or relaxing around Seraya island. Sail back to Labuan Bajo and transfer to your hotel. Dinner serves at Golo sea view restaurant. Stay overnight at Golo Hilltop or Bajo Eco Lodge.

Day 4: LABUAN BAJO - DEPARTURE (B/ -/ -). A morning excursion to Batu Cermin Cave then direct transfer to Komodo airport for your flight to next destination. Our service ends!
