Safari Overview
This 2 days trip allow more time for you to see villages--interactive with local people -- sharing experiences, participate in their daily activity—dive deep into their cultural traditions, make more & better pictures of the scenery & So Much More… Next day trip last at Pantai Koka beach where you can snorkel or swimming in clear crystal water or just lay down on white sandy beach. Lunch provided at Laris sea view restaurant in Paga with Special “Ikan Bakar”(Grilled Fish).
Day-to-day Safari Itinerary
Day 1: MAUMERE - ARRIVALl (-/ -/ D). Upon arrival at Frans Seda airport of Maumere - Flores, our local guide will meet you and transfer to hotel for your accommodation. Dinner and stay overnight at Wailiti Beach Resort or Hotel Sylvia.
Day 2: MAUMERE - DETUKATO (-/ L/ D). Drive and Trekking Safari through Feondari, Poma, Rategili & Detukato Villages. Itinerary similar to Full day trekking Safari, but we travel only as far as Detukato village & do as much as activities until visiting Poma Primary School. And, in the night having cultural talk with Adat leader, eat local dinner & stay overnight at Villager’s house in Detukato or Poma Village.
Day 3: DETUKATO - MURUSOBE - POMA - PANTAI KOKA - MAUMERE (B/ L/ -). Riverside Safari, Trekking & Drive. In the morning walk around the village, observing villager’s morning activities—feedingdomestic animals, cleaning yards, chewing betel-nuts. Back to house where we stayed for having breakfast. Start a riverside safari to Murusobe Twin Waterfals—stay for a while for refreshing rinse in natural spring or bathing in natural pool & making picture. Return to Detukato village. Trek down till Feondari village then by driving to trans Flores highway. At Kaliwajo bridge heading southwest to Paga for lunch at Laris sea view restaurant. Continue to Pantai Koka—opportunity for snorkeling or swimming in clear crystal water or just relax on white sandy beach. Late afternoon return to your base in Maumere. Dinner and stay overnight at Wailiti Beach Resort or at Hotel Sylvia.
Day 4: MAUMERE - DEPARTURE (B/ -/ -). Transfer to Frans Sedai airport for your flight to next destination. Our service ends!
